Denia Town Centre with its superb shopping, quiet squares, bustling harbour,
evening street market, and a wide variety of excellent restaurants and bars,
all overlooked by the historic ancient castle.

Changeover day
Normally on Saturday, but alternative day may be accommodated on request.
The property will usually be available from 3:00 pm on day of arrival and
should be vacated by 10:00 am on day of departure (unless by special
arrangement).

Outside
Small garden to front of property with patio furniture, opening directly
onto communal pool area and gardens.
Rear patio with furniture, accessed via french doors to master bedroom.
Large 50m sq, 1st floor Sun Terrace directly overlooking communal gardens
and pool with partial sea view. Sun loungers, patio furniture and parasol
provided.
A Parking Bay is allocated to the property.
Coast/Beach
The villa is situated less than 800m from the beach and approximately 1km
from the marina, Club Nautico. The waters are clean and safe, patrolled by
lifeguards during the high season and boasting the European Blue Flag for
water quality. A wide variety of water sports are available including
wind-surfing, jet and water skiing, pedalo and boat hire.
Golf
Golfers are well served with two Championship courses close by at La Sella
and Oliva Nova.
Travel
Denia is midway between the two International Airports of Valencia (to the
North) and Alicante (to the South). Both airports are within an hours drive
using the toll paying A7 motorway. Denia is just a 15 minute hop from Exit
62.
Although Car Hire is not essential, as the area is well serviced by public
transport, it is highly recommended to fully enjoy the facilities of the
area. Airport pickup and drop off is available on request. Additionally,
competitive Car Hire rates can be arranged.
Distances
There are many places to visit within easy driving distance of Denia
including a Safari Park, 'Terra Mitica' - Spain's largest theme park, 'Aqualandia'
Water Park, and the sea world of 'Mundomar'.
Further details
Denia town is only 2km away with its bustling fishing and ferry port
offering daily fast ferry links to the nearby Balearic Islands. Local
facilities include a Scuba Diving centre, course fishing, boat hire, glass
bottom boats, and leisure trips around the small rocky coves between Denia
and Javea.
Booking notes
All prices quoted are per week and are in £ Sterling.
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking confirmation.
The balance is due 8 weeks prior to commencement of rental period.
A £100, refundable security deposit is required against damages.
Suitable for winter rentals - central heating is available at an additional
cost.
